§ 32-156. Notices.

Latest version.

Unless otherwise agreed to by contract by the county with the licensee or registrant, all notices required or given pursuant to this article shall be deemed properly served when deposited, postage prepaid, in the United States mail, addressed to the licensee or registrant at his local office or residence. Notices addressed to the county shall be directed to the Director, Orange County Utilities Department, 9150 Curry Ford Road, Orlando, FL 32825.
