§ 32-158. Transportation of uncovered loads prohibited.
It shall be unlawful for any person or municipality to transport any solid waste or recovered material over any public road unless the solid waste or recovered material is securely tied or covered when necessary so as to prevent leakage or spillage. It shall be unlawful for any person to allow solid waste or recovered materials to spill, blow or drop from any vehicle on any road. Uncovered or improperly secured loads may be subject to increased disposal fees at county disposal sites, as determined by the board.
