§ 32-182. Continuation of services.

Latest version.

Notwithstanding any provision of this ordinance or of any residential franchise agreement to the contrary, the county shall initiate and apply all necessary actions to maintain refuse collection services in the event of a slowdown or stoppage due to a strike, bankruptcy, natural disaster or any other cause, resulting in the disruption of such services.
