§ 32-187. Records required.

  • All franchisees and licensees shall keep and maintain such operating records as the board of county commissioners may require to ascertain the extent of compliance with this article. If required by the director, franchisees shall submit annual reports of operations, including a statement of financial status, routes, services, equipment and use, and other information as the director may from time to time direct. Recycling collection costs shall be accounted for separately.
