§ 32-195. Collection and disposal of hazardous waste, biological waste and special waste.

Hazardous waste, biological waste and special waste as defined in F.S. ch. 403 and the Florida Administrative Code, shall be collected and disposed of pursuant to state requirements and any applicable federal regulations.
