§ 33-48. Advisory committee; creation, function, membership.

For the purpose of assisting and advising the board of county commissioners there is hereby created an advisory committee. There shall be five (5) members of said advisory committee to be appointed by the board from among the resident freeholders within said district for a term of two (2) years, and the said members shall serve without any compensation or remuneration whatsoever. Vacancies occurring on said committee shall be promptly filled by the board.
