§ 33-140. Advisory committee; creation, function, membership.

For the purpose of assisting and advising the board of county commissioners there is hereby created an advisory committee. There shall be five (5) members of said advisory committee and they shall be appointed by the board for a term of four (4) years. The said members shall serve without any compensation or remuneration whatsoever. Members of the advisory committee must be freeholders and residents of the district.
