§ 33-318. Designation of district; boundaries of district.

The district is hereby designated and created. The boundaries of the district shall coincide with the boundaries of the Zellwood Rural Settlement as set forth in Appendix "A" which is attached to Ordinance No. 99-13 and incorporated herein by reference. Any addition to or expansion of the Zellwood Rural Settlement pursuant to the comprehensive policy plan shall result in an automatic corresponding addition to or expansion of the boundaries of the district.
