§ 33-206. Establishment of district.

There is hereby created a local government neighborhood improvement district known as the "Pine Hills Local Government Neighborhood Improvement District" (the "district") pursuant to F.S. (2011) § 163.506. The district boundaries shall include the parcels identified and the area described in Exhibit "A" attached to Ord. No. 2011-21 , which is an area comprised of two hundred thirty-one (231) acres in which more than seventy-five (75) percent of the land is currently used for commercial, office, business or industrial purposes.
