§ 33-212. Neighborhood improvement plan.

The council shall prepare and recommend to the board of directors plans for the improvement of the district consistent with the Act. Such plans shall be compiled as a unified neighborhood improvement plan known as the "Pine Hills Neighborhood Improvement Plan" (the "plan"). The plan and all amendments to such plan shall be subject to review and approval by the board of directors of the district. The advisory council shall regularly review the plan after adoption and recommend amendments to the plan when appropriate and consistent with the Act. All expenditures of district funds shall be consistent with the plan and the Act.
