§ 33-251. Definitions.

When used in this article, the following terms shall have the following meanings, unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

Advisory board means the advisory board of the district constituted pursuant to section 33-274 of this article.

Bus service area means the International Drive Bus Service Area created by section 33-277 of this article.

Chairman means the Orange County Chairman or the person holding the office that succeeds in function to the county chairman.

City means the City of Orlando.

City council means the governing body of the city.

County means Orange County, a political subdivision of the State of Florida.

County commission means the Board of County Commissioners of Orange County, Florida.

District means the International Drive Master Transit and Improvement District created by section 33-271 of this article.

Fiscal year means any year beginning on October first and ending on the next succeeding September thirtieth.

Governing board means the governing board of the district constituted pursuant to section 33-272 or section 33-276 of this article.

North International Drive Improvement Area means the North International Drive Improvement Area created by section 33-278 of this article.
