§ 33-253. Declaration of exclusion from Administrative Procedures Act.

Nothing contained in this article shall be construed or interpreted to include the district, its governing board or advisory board in the definition of agency contained in F.S. § 120.52, or to otherwise subject the district, its governing board or advisory board to the application of the Administrative Procedures Act, F.S. ch. 20. This declaration of intent and exclusion shall apply to all proceedings taken as a result of or pursuant to this article.
