§ 34-3. Jurisdiction.

This chapter shall apply to all residential, commercial, and industrial subdivisions in the unincorporated areas of Orange County, and may be applied within any incorporated municipality in Orange County provided that the governing body elects to come under the jurisdiction of this chapter.
