§ 34-67. Sufficiency review.

(a)

The developer shall submit to the development engineering division two (2) copies of the preliminary subdivision plan and the receipt for the required fee. This plan shall be prepared as specified in section 34-131 of these regulations.

(b)

The county engineer, or authorized representative, shall review the plan for compliance with section 34-131. If pertinent information is missing on the preliminary subdivision plan, the development engineering division shall contact the developer or project engineer. The developer may be required to submit a revised preliminary subdivision plan. If the review by the development engineering division determines that the plan is sufficient, then twelve (12) additional copies shall be submitted to the development engineering division.
