§ 34-73. Expiration of approved preliminary subdivision plans and approved development plans.
(a)
Preliminary subdivision plan approval by the board of county commissioners shall automatically expire if subdivision construction plans are not submitted within one (1) year of preliminary subdivision plan approval and approved within two (2) years of preliminary subdivision plan approval except that the DRC may grant successive one-year extensions if the developer makes written request to the DRC chairman prior to the expiration date.
(b)
Development plan approval by the DRC shall automatically expire if the subdivision construction plans are not submitted and approved within two (2) years of development plan (DP) approval by the DRC, except that the DRC may grant successive one (1) year extensions if the developer makes written request to the DRC chairman prior to the expiration date.
