§ 34-91. General standards.

  • The subdivision construction plans shall conform substantially to the preliminary subdivision plan as approved and may constitute only that phase of the approved preliminary subdivision plan and other necessary improvements which the developer proposes to record and develop. They shall also conform to all requirements of this chapter and any other applicable provisions of the Orange County Code. In seeking approval of the construction plans, a request for a non-substantial variance of the technical requirements of either this chapter or the PSP approval may be approved, approved with conditions, or denied by the county engineer. The county engineer's decision may be appealed to the DRC, which shall consider the appeal pursuant to the procedure set forth in section 34-27.
