§ 34-180. Additional right-of-way.
A proposed subdivision that includes a dedicated street which does not conform to the minimum right-of-way requirements of section 34-171, or other requirements determined by the board of county commissioners, shall provide for the dedication of additional right-of-way along either one (1) or both sides of such street so that the minimum required right-of-way can be established. If the proposed subdivision abuts only one (1) side of such street, then a minimum of one-half (½) of the required additional right-of-way shall be dedicated by such subdivision.
