§ 35-22. Authority to install traffic-control devices.

  • The county traffic engineer shall place and maintain traffic-control devices on public streets and highways when and as required to make effective the provisions of this chapter or regulations adopted pursuant to this chapter and may recommend to the board of county commissioners the placement of such additional traffic-control devices as may be necessary to regulate traffic or parking or to guide or warn the public.
