§ 35-24. Recommendations subject to review and adoption by board.
(a)
All recommendations made by the county traffic engineer pursuant to this chapter shall be reviewed and adopted, modified, or rejected by the board of county commissioners.
(b)
In those circumstances when a tow away zone is recommended, the county traffic engineer shall provide a draft resolution which defines the designated tow away zone. When the board of county commissioners adopts the recommendation, or a modified version thereof, the board shall also adopt the resolution establishing the corresponding designated tow away zone.
(c)
The county traffic engineer shall erect, place and maintain signs, devices and markings giving notice where parking is regulated or prohibited by action of the board of county commissioners.
