Ord. No. 2014-24 , § 1, adopted Sept. 9, 2014, repealed § 35-26, which pertained to trespass towing from private property, nonconsensual towing and vehicle immobilization and derived from Ord. No. 98-32, § 2, adopted Nov. 10, 1998 and Ord. No. 2008-16 , §§ 1, 2, adopted Aug. 19, 2008. Provisions pertaining to trespass towing from private property, nonconsensual towing and vehicle immobilization are now set forth in Ch. 35, Art.
