§ 35-41. Issuance of parking violation notices.

(a)

A law enforcement officer who discovers a vehicle parking in violation of this chapter may issue a parking violation notice to the driver of the vehicle, or, if the vehicle is unattended, may attach such notice in a conspicuous place on the vehicle. The parking violation notice shall be of a type approved by the board of county commissioners.

(b)

Each day that a parking violation occurs or continues will constitute a separate offense for which a parking violation notice may be issued. Multiple violation notices may be issued in designated parking meter zones pursuant to section 35-66.
