§ 37-37. Application of provisions limited.

It is specifically provided that provisions, requirements, terms and conditions of this article shall be solely limited to any person providing a public water system or sewer system within the county, and outside the corporate limits of any municipality, and which is not a public utility as defined in F.S. ch. 367.
