§ 37-60. Violations; proceedings to restrain violations; penalties.

Latest version.

Any person who violates any section of this article shall be punished as provided in section 1-9. The board of county commissioners may bring suit to restrain, enjoin or otherwise prevent the violation of this article in the circuit court.
