§ 37-102. Occupational licenses.

(a)

Generally. County well drillers and/or pump installer's licenses shall be issued only to individuals who are duly registered under the provisions of this article. No well driller and/or pump installer shall construct a well or install a water pump without an occupational license.

(b)

Obtaining a license. Occupational licenses shall be made available only to those well drillers and/or pump installers with a valid certificate of registration.
