§ 37-536. Same—Notification to connect to sewage system.

Pursuant to F.S. § 381.0065(1), every OSDS, except approved on-site graywater systems, are required to connect to a publicly owned or investor-owned sewage system within three hundred sixty-five (365) days after notification that such a system is available. It shall be the responsibility of the central sewage system utility service provider to timely give such notification to affected property owners.
