§ 37-543. Appeals.

Latest version.

Any person aggrieved by the board of county commissioner's decision regarding suitability of use of OSDS, or the board of county commissioner's decision regarding any variance, may file a petition for a writ of certiorari in the circuit court of the county. Such action shall be in accordance with section 30-90, Orange County Code.
