A use shall be permitted in the I-4 district if the use is identified by the letter
"P" in the use table set forth in section 38-77.

At a public hearing on Feb. 21, 1991, the planning and zoning commission/local planning
agency determined that assembly and sales of motorcycles on a wholesale and/or bulk
rate basis was a similar and compatible use in the I-4 general industrial district,
and further, that retail sales of motorcycles, as well as the sale and service of
parts, and service of motorcycles, be permitted as ancillary uses.
At a public hearing on Oct. 17, 1991, the planning and zoning commission/local planning
agency determined that a church use was a similar and compatible use in the I-4 general
industrial district.
