§ 38-1031. Variances and appeals.

Variances and appeals from any portion of this division will be processed in accordance with procedures established in the referenced sections of this Code as follows:

(1)

Zoning performance standards: section 30-48.5.

(2)

Signage: section 31.5-8.

(3)

Landscaping: section 24-3(h).

(4)

Architectural design standards: section 9-552(e).

(5)

Sidewalks: section 34-27.
