§ 38-803. Permitted uses.

A use shall be permitted in the P-O district if the use is identified by the letter "P" in the use table set forth in section 38-77.

Editor's note

At a public hearing on Mar. 21, 1991, the planning and zoning commission/local planning agency determined that a birthing facility, which provides outpatient service only, was a similar and compatible use in the P-O, professional office district.
