§ 38-1287. Setbacks.
The following setback criteria shall apply to the location of buildings and pavement on the site of a tourist commercial development.
(1)
Building setbacks. The minimum setback from an abutting right-of-way shall be as follows (the minimum requirements of article XV shall be met):
a.
Expressway ..... 75 feet
b.
Arterial ..... 60 feet
c.
Collector ..... 40 feet
(2)
Side setback. The minimum setback from the side property line shall be thirty (30) feet, unless adjacent to a road right-of-way, in which case the greater setback shall apply.
(3)
Rear setback. The minimum setback from the rear property line shall be twenty (20) feet, unless a greater setback is required by other criteria or standards.
(4)
Paving setback. The following setback standards shall be utilized to create buffer yard areas between paved areas and property lines:
