Maintenance-free masonry walls on side or rear property lines may be permitted; however,
their use must be specifically identified on the construction plans. Walls on side
property lines shall be no more than two (2) feet high when forward of the building
setback line.

Wood fences shall not be permitted. No fence or wall when placed on a side or rear
lot line shall exceed six (6) feet in height. Landscaping shall be provided in the
form of hedge material or shrubs planted adjacent to the wall or fence equal to twenty-five
(25) percent of its length.
