§ 38-1300. Height.

Latest version.

The maximum height shall be sixty (60) feet, but thirty-five (35) within one hundred (100) of single-family residential. The maximum height shall be two hundred (200) feet for a hotel or time share, provided the applicant can demonstrate to the county that there will not be any adverse impact on adjacent development and the hotel or time share will not be located within three hundred (300) feet of any single-family residential.
