§ 38-1457. Industrial sewage and waste.

Every use and activity within any C-3 commercial district or I-1, I-2, I-3, I-4 or I-5 industrial district shall be so designed and operated as to prevent the discharge into any stream, lake and ground or public sewer system, any waste which will be dangerous to persons or animals or which will damage plants or crops beyond the lot line of the property on which the use or activity is located.
