§ 38-1702. Waivers.

  • (a)

    Waivers from the minimum standards set forth in this zoning district may be granted by the board of county commissioners. However, such waivers must be specified in conjunction with the urban village plan in order to be effective. Waiver requests shall be identified in the public hearing notice.

    (b)

    Waivers requested after approval of the urban village plan must be approved by the board of county commissioners at a public hearing after notification of abutting property owners.
