§ 38-1706. Utilities systems.

(a)

Central water systems, wastewater systems, utility lines and easements shall be provided in accordance with the appropriate sections of the Orange County Subdivision Regulations, the Orange County Manual of Standards and Specifications for Wastewater and Water Main Construction, and applicable codes, ordinances, resolutions, rules and regulations.

(b)

All utilities throughout the urban village, including the village center, shall be supplied through underground networks.

(c)

An urban village shall connect to a central water and wastewater system which is adequate to serve the anticipated needs of the development.
