§ 38-1711. Lot coverage.

(a)

Within the village center the following shall apply:

(1)

The maximum size for any one (1) use shall not exceed twenty-five thousand (25,000) square feet; and

(2)

Permitted densities shall not exceed a floor area ratio of 1.5.

(b)

Outside of the village center open space shall be provided as follows:

(1)

Residential private open space shall be twenty-five (25) percent.

(2)

Institutional open space shall be thirty-five (35) percent.
