§ 3-79. Variances.

The board of zoning adjustment of the county is authorized to recommend to grant a variance from the distance requirements of this chapter, pursuant to chapter 30, article II, and the board of county commissioners is authorized to make a determination on the board of zoning adjustment's recommendation pursuant to chapter 30, article II.
