§ 3-130. Advertising prohibited activity.

It shall be unlawful for an operator or worker of an adult entertainment establishment, regardless of whether it is licensed under this chapter, to advertise the presentation of, encourage or promote any activity prohibited by this chapter or any applicable state statute or local ordinance.
