§ 4-1. Jurisdiction and scope; penalty.

(a)

Pursuant to Section 704 of the Orange County Charter, this chapter shall apply and be effective within the unincorporated area of Orange County and any municipality that does not have an ordinance covering the same subject matter, activity or conduct regulated under this chapter.

(b)

Violations of any of the provisions of this chapter shall be punished as provided in section 1-9.
