The provisions of these regulations will be interpreted, administered, and enforced
by the airport zoning director, with input provided, as needed, by the authority planning
director or other experts from the authority. The duties of the airport zoning director
shall include that of hearing and deciding all applications for permits and all other
matters under these regulations, except any of the duties or powers herein delegated
to the airport board of adjustment. The airport zoning director shall coordinate the
administration of these regulations, as needed, with the authority planning director
and appropriate departments of the authority, the FAA, the county and the FDOT.
