§ 7-51. Amendment.

Latest version.

These regulations, including the airport height zoning map, may be amended by the board of county commissioners so long as such amendment is in conformance with the interlocal agreement and F.S. ch. 333. Before adopting an amendment to these regulations, the board will give public notice and hold a public hearing as provided by F.S. § 333.05.
