§ 9-53. Rules and regulations.

(a)

The board of county commissioners may enact rules and regulations to implement and carry out the provisions of this article.

(b)

All electrical construction and all materials and appliances used in connection with the installation, maintenance and operation of electrical system wiring, apparatus or equipment for light, heat, power or other purposes shall comply with any rules and regulations adopted pursuant to this article.
