§ 9-101. General responsibilities.
(a)
An electrical contractor shall be responsible for the physical and mechanical manner in which electrical materials, equipment and devices are placed and installed.
(b)
An electrical contractor shall be responsible to have his electrical work permitted as required by this article, and inspected and approved by an electrical inspector prior to use.
(c)
The license holder (master electrician) when issued a permit, agrees to conform to all division of building safety codes and regulations and ordinances regulating the same, and shall act in accordance with the approved plans and specifications. The issuance of a permit does not authorize any violation of any applicable county or state statutes, codes or ordinances.
