§ 9-327. Building Codes Board of Adjustments and Appeals.

Timely requests pursuant to section 9-326(a)(2) shall be set for a hearing before the Building Codes Board of Adjustments and Appeals ("BCBAA"), as established by section 9-4 of this Code.
