§ 9-276. Authority; purpose; scope.

This article is enacted under the home rule power of the county for the purpose of providing necessary regulation for the use, occupancy and maintenance of dwellings, dwelling units, and accessory structures in the interest of the public health, safety and welfare of the citizens and inhabitants of the county. This article shall apply and be enforced in all areas of the county not within the boundaries of any municipality.
