§ 9-464. Investigation of complaints.
Orange County inspectors and/or such other personnel as the county may designate shall examine any premises about which a complaint concerning underground utilities pipeline contracting work has been received, and shall, upon sufficient evidence of unsatisfactory pipeline construction, condemn such work and notify the owner or authorized agent of such premises to correct such work in accordance with the requirements of this article. Such notice shall be made in writing. Any person failing to correct the underground utilities pipeline contracting work into a proper condition, as instructed by county personnel and within a reasonable time established by such personnel, shall be in violation of this article and may be subject to code enforcement proceedings in accordance with Orange County Code.
