§ 15-711. Fees.

No fees are required to be paid to the county for the administration of this program. F.S. § 376.19, prohibits the county from establishing fees for the accomplishment of the purposes of F.S. (2005) §§ 376.011 through 376.21. Therefore, the board of county commissioners may, from time to time, establish fees to be applicable to all regulatory activities authorized in this article and the administration of this program so long as the fees do not contravene F.S. § 376.19. Fees collected pursuant to this section shall be placed in the fund.
