§ 17-103. Authorization of projects and refundings.

The board of county commissioners is hereby authorized to cause the acquisition, construction, renovation, furnishing and equipment of projects and the financing and refinancing of the projects as provided in this division. The board of county commissioners is hereby further authorized to refund any obligations of the county or of the Orange County Civic Improvement Corporation issued for the projects as the board of county commissioners deems necessary or desirable and to finance such refundings as provided in this division.
