§ 21-133. Notice of hearing of objections.

  • After the filing of plans, specifications and estimates for improvements under this article, it shall be the duty of the clerk of the board of county commissioners to publish at least once a week for two (2) consecutive weeks in a newspaper of general circulation, published in the county, a notice stating that at a regular meeting of the board of county commissioners, on a certain day and hour, not earlier than three (3) days from the final publication, the board of county commissioners will hear objections of all interested persons to the consummation of such resolution, which notice shall state in brief and general terms a description of the proposed improvement with the location thereof and shall also state that plans, specifications and estimates of cost are on file in the office of the clerk of the board of county commissioners and are open to public inspection.
