§ 2-29. Same—Budget; fiscal restrictions.

The board of county commissioners is authorized and empowered to make provision in the annual budget of the county for the purchase and replacement of such automobiles, and for the necessary expense of operation thereof. No commissioner who elects to obtain a county automobile shall receive mileage payments for the use thereof. Such automobiles shall be purchased or replaced only after advertisement for bids in the manner required by law for purchases made by counties.
